Processing Time

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; estimated timelines will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on location and item size.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders—check our homepage or promotions for details.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@larancho.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—whether through replacement, store credit, or a claim with the carrier.

Local Pickup (Optional)

  • If you're located near Cedar City, Utah, we may offer local pickup for select items or events. Proceed to check out and you will find a "Local Pickup" option on Shipping page.
